Prepping my consist I’ll be taking to the club this weekend for the open house.
Southern Pacific ALCO PA/B-2’s 6043 and 5922 will power an excursion consist.
These Rapido locomotives are equipped with ESU Lok pilot DCC decoders and there for do not have sound. That said, they are still two of my favorite models to run. The detail on them is just awesome.
This will also be the first time they have been to the club since 2023 (as seen in the last two photos).Eventually I would like to put together a set of Southern Pacific passenger cars to recreate the Owl passenger train, but that’s a project for another day.
